You’ll be a 2–5 year lawyer with experience in commercial contracting, ideally with clients in the tech, media, and digital space. You don’t need to speak fluent code, but if you’re familiar with things like SaaS services agreements, EULAs, licensing terms, AI, and data and privacy obligations, and enjoy helping fast-moving tech clients navigate them, you’ll feel right at home. Outside of that, if you have a can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves, this is the job for you.

All of our clients are on retainer of pay fixed fees, leaving you free to concentrate on the relationship and the work. You’ll never have to lay eyes on a timesheet again!
