We think you’d be a perfect addition to our team if you are currently inhouse with significant exposure to commercial leasing mixed with a smattering of other typical commercial contracts, whether your average supply or procurement side gig, some property-ish or development contracts or any other day to day contract type general experience. We can then help you fill in the gaps to give you a solid commercial expertise.You’ll be involved in a diverse range of matters for our clients across a variety of industries including social housing, property development, infrastructure and renewable energy, as well as generally helping any of our clients needing us to guide them on all things to secure and fit out their lovely new office space. You will work closely with senior lawyers and clients who value practical, commercial advice. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have autonomy, direct client contact, and the chance to help shape how we do things.

Who you are

• Admitted to practice in Australia with 2ish years’ post-qualification experience

• Solid grounding in reviewing commercial leases and general contract experience

• A confident communicator who can think commercially and creatively

• Collaborative, proactive, and not afraid to challenge the “usual way” of doing things

• Keen to work in a culture that values flexibility, trust, and real impact
