We have a special opportunity to work in an industry leading team under Damian Sturzaker. Our cross border disputes/arbitration group is growing and we need a junior lawyer (1–2 years PQE) to join the team. We do high-quality, complex work without the layers. That means you’ll get real responsibility early, direct client exposure, and the chance to work closely with senior lawyers on challenging matters.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Working across a range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters

2. Drafting court documents, correspondence, and advice

3. Getting involved in strategy and case development

4. Assisting with evidence, discovery, and hearing preparation

5. Dealing directly with clients, counsel, and experts

About you:

1. Australian legal Qualifications (JD or LLB) and admitted to practice as a solicitor

2. 1–2 years PQE inndisputes/litigation

3. Strong drafting skills and attention to detail

4. Commercially minded and keen to get stuck in

5. Comfortable taking ownership of  your work

6. A team player with a straightforward, no-ego approach
