Junior litigation lawyer 0-2 years
Our managing partner, Michael Bradley, has a varied litigation practice encompassing major human rights cases, media/defamation, administrative law and commercial disputes. He is one of the country’s most senior (ok, oldest) and widely experienced litigation lawyers. His more recent big cases include Faruqi v Hanson, Gillham v Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, Tarnawsky v Commonwealth, Murdoch v Private Media, Dyer v Chrysanthou.
This is a golden opportunity for a junior litigator who’d like to combine learning the ropes of court practice with work on cases that push the envelope of the law in a consistently progressive direction. The role reports to Michael.
