Having proved that we can do even serious corporate-type law in a way which doesn't leave clients feeling like they'd rather eat their own kidneys than ever deal with lawyers again, we're looking for somebody truly exceptional to help make that happen. 

Who we’re looking for: 

You’re a sharp, mid-level lawyer, probably around 3-6 years PQE. You're not faint-hearted and you want to build on everything you’ve learnt in an environment that’s about creating positive impact. Most importantly, you want to be a truly excellent deals lawyer. 

Your experience should include:

•  A strong foundation in corporate law, with a primary focus on public or private M&A. 

• Ideally, some exposure to capital raisings and corporate governance. 

• (A genuine enthusiasm to become a deals expert if you haven't ticked all the boxes above).
