Front of House/Receptionist

We are seeking an enthusiastic front of house/receptionist to support our busy close-knit admin team.

This role would suit someone just getting started in the workplace or looking for a change to work in a supportive and fun law firm. · General housekeeping of reception and kitchen areas · Greeting clients, serving refreshments, answering main phone line and general office duties · Booking and managing meeting rooms and keeping rooms tidy · Distributing daily mail and assisting with courier bookings · Organise and diarise internal lunches – CPDs, Partner and SA monthly lunches · Order and maintain stationery · Order and maintain kitchen stock · Assist the admin team with overflow of work Qualifications: Certificate III in Business or Certificate III in Legal Services Applications to nellim@marquelawyers.com.au
