Emma is a partner in our litigation team, with broad expertise in commercial disputes and special skill in IP - copyright, trade marks, music licensing and sports law. She’s the VP of the Copyright Society and on the board of the Communications and Media Law Association, where they share much serious law talk and surprisingly accurate industry gossip. Emma spent quite some time in the music industry before law, which we think is a good thing because people with other life experiences tend to do well at show’n’tell.

Emma also runs Marque’s Insta account, which makes sense because she has semi-permanent residency at a Bali bungalow and deep knowledge of every restaurant, bar and on-trend trend in Sydney. Basically, whether we’re talking law or life, Emma is the content queen.
